Challenges

The clinic faced several challenges that were holding them back. The owners, a urologist and a private GP with demanding schedules (outside of the clinic) found it difficult to plan and execute a cohesive strategy. Lead generation was limited to website inquiries and walk-ins, leaving potential markets untapped. The clinic's long and cumbersome name, coupled with outdated signage, made it hard for customers to locate them. Additionally, inconsistent pricing across services created confusion, and their marketing efforts lacked clear direction.

First things first - we simplified the name to Edgbaston Wellness, a decision that instantly gave the brand a more luxurious and approachable feel. We then created a new logo that reflected this streamlined identity and designed brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

A content day was organised, where we captured high-quality videos and photos. The doctors shared their expertise on camera, treatments were filmed in action, and satisfied customers provided testimonials. This content became the backbone of their new digital strategy, enhancing their online presence.

To address their lead generation challenges, we implemented a comprehensive Google Ads campaign and developed social media templates to enhance their online presence. The new website we designed not only showcased their services beautifully but also integrated a sales pipeline to manage enquiries more effectively. Finally, we overhauled their pricing strategy to ensure consistency and transparency for their customers.

Outcome

Edgbaston Wellness has recently established a long-term relationship with machinery provider ALMA, which is a testament to the return of investment a solid brand can bring forth. The new name and logo have significantly improved visibility, and the Google Ads has provided a steady stream of new leads. The clinic's operations are now more streamlined, with a clear short-term and long-term strategy in place, ensuring sustainable growth.
